Private Queen Rooms
We have three Queen rooms available, all of which feature spectacular views, storage and super comfortable beds made right here in Christchurch.
Each Queen room is suitable for up to two guests and Queen room guests share the use of a bathroom with separate toilet, a lounge room with Smart TV and Amazon Alexa, a kitchen and an outdoor dining area.
All guests have access to the many decks and garden areas on the property.
Queen Room with Balcony
Our balcony room features its own private entrance with balcony, as well as a window seat with fabulous views. The room provides plenty of storage space and a built-in desk space. We even have a spare computer monitor available for guest use in case your laptop screen isn’t quite cutting it!
All windows in this room are double-glazed, plus there are thermal curtains and a spare blanket to keep you warm even on the coldest Canterbury nights.

Queen Sunshine Room
We call this our Sunshine Room because it’s a bright and cosy suntrap on clear days (which is most days around here!). There’s a built-in wardrobe with clothes hangers provided as well as a set of drawers for guest use and a large mirror. The large windows provide one of the best views from anywhere on the property, with thermal curtains to keep the warmth in.
All bedding and towels are provided free of charge and there’s an extra blanket for any cold nights.

Queen Room with Garden Views
Our largest Queen room features garden views through native trees, out across the city towards the Southern Alps. There’s a built-in wardrobe with clothes hangers, a chest of drawers and large mirror.
Thermal curtains and an extra blanket provide plenty of warmth even on cold winter nights, while bedding and towels are provided free of charge.
